Most of our subscribers tried IV NAD at a clinic first. Here's what changed when they moved to the pen.
IV NAD+ infusions can run 2-6 hours and require a clinic visit. The pen takes seconds and you do it at home, on your schedule.
Clinic NAD+ drips often run $400-$1,200 per session. Medivive packages start at $199 for a 1-month supply — without clinic overhead.
Self-administered subcutaneous dosing in small daily increments — instead of large, infrequent boluses — feels more even to most subscribers.
cGMP 503B manufacturing and CoA-per-batch testing is a higher bar than most compounding pharmacies and most clinic-sourced NAD+.

Subcutaneous injection uses a very thin needle into the fatty layer under the skin (typically the abdomen). Most subscribers describe it as a brief pinch — much less intense than an IV. The dialer is precision-engineered so you set the dose, press, and you're done in seconds.
Patient response varies considerably. Some subscribers report energy or sleep changes within the first 1-2 weeks; others note benefits later. Some don't feel a meaningful change at all. We don't make therapeutic claims — your physician can speak to expected outcomes for your individual case.
One prefilled NAD+ injector pen (1,000 mg, 30-day supply), pen needles, alcohol prep pads, a sharps disposal pouch, and printed dosing instructions. Everything ships in temperature-controlled packaging with cold packs and a temperature indicator.
Because the pen is a personalized prescription medicine, opened pens cannot be returned for safety reasons. For unopened, unshipped orders or refill questions, contact support@medivive.com and we'll work with you in good faith.

A US-licensed physician reviews every intake. You're only charged if your prescription is approved and your pen ships.
